To begin the matching process complete the Volunteer Application with your contact information and email or mail us a notarized copy of the CORI Acknowledgement Form. To ensure your safety and security, we conduct background checks on all NeighborGood participants. Please fill out, sign, and notarize the CORI Acknowledgement Form, linked here. The form must be notarized in order for us to process it. Please return the notarized form to us by email at neighborgood.us@gmail.com OR by mail at NeighborGood, Inc., 125 Western Avenue, Boston, MA 02163.  If you e-mail us, please make sure the notary’s seal is fully visible in your scan of the form.
